This program was born at the beginning of the Administration as an emerging action to attend to all the public spaces that were received abandoned, today it has become a flagship program because it makes visible and values the work of those who work in the Directorate of Public Services, since by participating staff from other agencies and the citizens themselves, the great effort needed to clean each space is measured. The main actions carried out are: grass pruning; pruning trees, sweeping and collecting trash, branches or small items; as well as painting of benches and taps. On some occasions, interventions have been carried out in rivers, streams or canals, among other activities, as required. It has been a great challenge to attend to the public spaces of the municipality in close collaboration with the different municipal agencies, civil society in general and private initiative. The program is coordinated by the General Directorate of Public Services, each week one or more units are added to carry out cleaning tasks.
