The monitoring of the implementation of the lines of action is part of the generation of tangible, measurable, and quantifiable results; in other words, it assesses the degree of compliance with the commitments established by each of the departments within the framework of the five major strategic axes of the Municipal Development Plan 2022-2024.

In this context, evaluation is an indispensable component of the public policy cycle, as it generates useful information to overcome the problems identified; it allows for adjusting the design of programmes more objectively and improving the methods for measuring their performance. The information derived for the integration of this report serves as evidence that both programmes and lines of action are aimed at solving the public problem for which they were created, and thus to be accountable to the actors involved.
