The system was developed to provide dashboards of indicators and information reports for monitoring janitorial activities by SMSUB and its attributions include: • Provide management parameters that endorse the Mayor’s decisions on the performance of subprefectures and their requests; • Carry out the management follow-up of the goals and activities of the subprefectures; • Develop indicators that facilitate the estimation of human resources and materials destined for subprefectures based on quality standards and reality of each region; • Identify solutions for the good development of intersectoral relationships and institutions maintained by the Mayor and Subprefectures; • Qualify the actions that aim to comply with the guidelines general and sectoral with regard to planning, execution and management exercised by each of the Subprefectures, always observing the municipal legislation.

Aim of the Good Practice

The implementation of the system is intended to improve the planning, management and control of janitorial activities through the provision of control panels indicators and information reports.

Target Group of the Good Practice

Administrative body of municipal public management and companies providing public services.

Implementation period

The platform was developed in mid-2019 and gradually, were granted access to SMSUB teams.

Consistency over time

With the adhesion of a large number of users, there was the creation of reports more diversified, improving management control and meeting greater demands.

Evaluation of the Good Practice

The system continues with constant support from the service team, always looking for improvements to serve the janitorial services of the city creating reports to respect for each area of performance of the janitorial teams.
