The Bom Prato Program is a social program that was created in 2000 by the Government of the State of São Paulo. With the aim of offering the low-income population healthy, high-quality meals at an affordable cost. Since December 2022, the municipality of São Paulo, through the Department for Human Rights, has implemented two units whose funding has occurred with the participation of the two federal entities, the Government of the State of São Paulo and the City Hall of São Paulo. The implemented Units are M Boi Mirim and Parelheiros, both offering 300 breakfasts and 1200 lunches, from Monday to Friday. Users pay 0.50 for breakfast and 1.00 for lunch.
