Aim of the Good Practice
The pilot project was implemented in Flag and Jorge João Saad Road Complex. The project contemplates the concept of “Zero Vision”, which is based on the premise that no premature death is acceptable, understanding that human life is a paramount priority over mobility efficiency and any other objectives of the road and transport system. The Blue Belt acts in a preventive and educational way, enlightening motorcyclists and drivers of other vehicles the appropriate behaviors for both main goals are motorcycles, the reduction humanizing traffic in São Paulo in the mobility system, which must be as safe as it is efficient.
