SGZ is an integrated platform developed by SMSUB, which monitors urban conservation services, such as micro drainage, conservation of galleries and patios, hole cover, landscaped areas, cleaning of streams, painting anti-graffiti, undoing of irregular construction, swimming pool, pruning and removal of trees. Before, the identification of these processes was manual and bureaucratic, but now, through the platform, requests from citizens made by SP156 are analyzed and teams are determined to carry out the work. The platform allows integration with systems already developed by public agencies, such as the GeoSampa and SOF, and offers fast and accurate information for Subprefectures to make decisions, including heat maps of each district that identify the most common problems and determine the order of execution of the requests, in addition to enabling the analysis of the contracts of the companies’ outsourced services, verify the necessary commitment and the available budget for the performance of the service. Furthermore, the SGZ provides its own mobile application for Android (SZG Mobile), which sends feedback to residents about the execution of services, such as other applications that provide detailed information to users.
